How we work
We give you a straight answer. Diagnosis over the phone is free, any hour, and we'll tell you honestly whether a machine is worth repairing before you spend anything — an SSD and a bit of memory often bring an older computer back to life, but a failed board on a very old laptop usually isn't worth it. You get a clear price before we start, no jargon, and a 30-day warranty on the work. If we can't fix it, you don't pay for the attempt.

We're based at 6 Walter Street, Mitcham, VIC 3132, so same-day onsite visits run through Mitcham, Nunawading, Ringwood, Blackburn, Box Hill and the surrounding east.
