Business Email, Domain & cPanel Hosting Support
Email, domains and hosting are the plumbing behind a small business: invisible until a domain expires, invoices land in spam, or the website disappears. We manage the whole chain for you, from the domain registration and DNS records to the cPanel hosting account and the mailboxes, so it keeps working and renews on time.
- Business email setup, deliverability and migrations
- Domains, DNS records and renewals
- cPanel hosting accounts, SSL and backups
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC configured and tested
- One provider across email, hosting and website
- Fixed monthly managed IT from $99/month
Email that arrives
If your quotes and invoices are landing in customers' spam, or not arriving at all, the cause is almost always in the domain's DNS rather than in Outlook. We sort out the records that prove your mail is genuine and check that it arrives in the inbox at Gmail, Outlook.com and the big Australian ISPs.
- SPF, DKIM and DMARC — the three records receiving mail servers check before trusting your email, set correctly for every service that sends as your domain
- Mailbox and inbox management — shared inboxes, aliases, forwarding, auto-replies, storage limits and archiving
- Email migrations — moving between cPanel email, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace without losing old mail or missing new mail during the switch
- Phishing and spoofing — stopping other people sending mail that pretends to be from your domain, and cleaning up after a compromised mailbox
Domains and DNS
A surprising number of small businesses don't know who controls their domain, often a former employee, a web designer they no longer use, or a registrar login nobody can find. We find out, get the domain into the business's own name, set auto-renew, and document the DNS records so the next change doesn't break your email or website.
cPanel hosting
Plenty of small-business websites and mailboxes run on cPanel hosting, and it works well when it's looked after. We manage the cPanel account: email accounts and quotas, SSL certificates, PHP versions, databases, backups, and the DNS zone. When a site goes down or a certificate expires, we know where to look.

Why are my business emails going to spam?
Most often your domain is missing correct SPF, DKIM or DMARC records, so receiving mail servers can't confirm the email is genuinely from you. Other causes include a shared hosting server with a poor sending reputation, or a mailbox that has been compromised and used to send spam. ECSupport checks the records, fixes them, and tests delivery to the major mail providers.
Can you manage our cPanel hosting?
Yes. ECSupport manages cPanel hosting accounts for small businesses: email accounts, SSL certificates, PHP versions, databases, backups and DNS. It's included in fixed monthly managed IT plans from $99 a month, alongside your computers, email and website.
We don't know who controls our domain name. Can you help?
Yes, and it's more common than you'd think. We identify the registrar and the current registrant, work with them to transfer the domain into the business's own name and account, turn on auto-renew, and document the DNS records so your email and website keep working through the change.
Should our email be on cPanel, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
cPanel email is fine for a sole trader with simple needs. Once you have staff, shared calendars or need reliable delivery and security, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace are usually worth the small monthly licence. We can explain the trade-off for your business and move you across without losing any mail.
