Microsoft 365 administration, done properly
Most small-business Microsoft 365 tenants were set up in an afternoon and never revisited. That usually means the wrong licences, an ex-employee who still has access, a global admin account with no second factor, and mail settings that send invoices to spam. We audit what you have, fix it, and keep it that way.

Done badly it turns into a maze of sites nobody can find anything in. We design a simple structure (usually one site per team or function), move the files across from the old server, Dropbox or someone's desktop, set permissions by group rather than by person, and sync it to each computer so it feels like a normal folder.
Migrations into Microsoft 365
Moving to Microsoft 365 from Google Workspace, cPanel or ISP email, or an old office server is routine work for us. We plan the cutover so mail keeps flowing, copy across the email, calendars and contacts, update the domain records, and set up Outlook on every device. Staff arrive the next morning to a working inbox.

Can you manage our Microsoft 365 for us?
Yes. Can you set up SharePoint so our team can share files?
Yes. We design a simple SharePoint structure, move your files across from an old server, Dropbox or individual computers, set permissions by group, and sync it to each computer through OneDrive so it works like a normal folder. Staff can then reach the same files from the office, home or their phone.
Which Microsoft 365 plan does a small business need?
Most small businesses are well served by Microsoft 365 Business Basic or Business Standard, with Business Premium worth it when you need device management and stronger security controls. The right answer depends on whether staff need the desktop Office apps and how sensitive your data is. We look at what each person actually uses so you don't overpay for licences.

One of our Microsoft 365 accounts has been hacked. What do we do?
